Get to know Ryan Fonte

Music has always been a sincere passion of mine, and I've been singing ever since I was a kid. I started showing an interest with music in middle and high school when I started performing in school musicals. As much as I enjoyed singing on stage, I was not particularly fond of the acting aspect. Halfway through high school I stopped participating in musicals and ultimately forgot about music for years. It wasn't until my sophomore year of college where I picked up my suitemate's guitar for the first time. I instantly became entranced with the instrument, and it's something I've been addicted to ever since.

Guitar quickly grew into one of my deepest passions. I had my first live performance at McCarthy's Red Stag Pub during my senior year of college, and it was one of the most memorable nights of my life! The bar was absolutely packed, and it was full of the most supportive group of friends I've had the pleasure of performing for. 

Country and Rock music have been the two most influential styles of music I've grown up listening to. Some of my favorite artists consist of Toby Keith, Riley Green, Chris Stapleton, and many more! One artist in particular who has inspired me is Luke Combs. His music gave me the courage to me to buy my first guitar, to write my first songs, and to play my music in front of crowds. I hope that when others hear my music, I can inspire them in the way my favorite artist has inspired me!
